About Tomasz Wrobel

I am a multi-award winning and emerging artist who graduated from Aberdeen RGU Gray’s School of Art in 2013. I recently have a studio at WASPS studios in Aberdeen Scotland.

I put my interests in the area of the world between human made objects and nature. All objects which are unwanted and thrown away become waste in human thinking. Throwing objects away is actually putting them in different locations where they still exist as waste.

I’m mainly interested in e-waste as the world tends to become more digital. Everyday objects which in our daily life are movable, are in the natural world transmuted. They become unnecessary objects; rubbish, waste, garbage and junk. We create them, they surround us and become part of our life, society and historical records
